This review is well past due (I closed on my house in June 2022) but I had to still make sure this review was written. Trina was recommended by another relator who felt she was better experienced and knowledgeable in the area I was looking in. And she truly is and was while we worked together. At the height of the climate for the market (bidding wars) Trina made sure that I understood it would take some time but as long as I stayed flexible and patient I would get most of what I wanted on my wish list.. And that she delivered not only that I put more pressure on her because I was pregnant and wanted to be in my home before my son was due. Not only did she deliver the wish list house. She shared when she seen the home she thought of my toddler and could see him there (just wow..so dope as an individual and relator). If that wasn't enough she went above and beyond making sure things got taken care of even by pulling up her own sleeves to ensure it was. Her communication and making sure that the process was easy and smooth and I cannot appreciate her more. She is teir 1. Trina is not only knowledgeable in all that she is doing but personality wise she is so endearing and just a good person all around. Trina works magic!I first met Trina Gonzalez Van in 2015 when she was recommended to me by my landlord.
